What employee user types do you offer?

We offer five distinct user types, each with its own set of security permissions. These are as follows: 

Staff: Can view any unit they’re assigned to

Property Contact: Can view units or properties that they’re assigned to, and view reservations for those

Property Manager: Can create properties, and view and edit any units or properties that they’re assigned to. Property managers can also input reservations, as well as view, edit, cancel, and add/refund charges to any existing reservation.

Website manager: Can create properties, and view and edit any units or properties that they’re assigned to. Website managers can also input reservations, as well as view, edit, cancel, and add/refund charges to any existing reservation. Finally, they can create and modify a specific website and all the listings on it.

Admin: Can do all of the above, and manage an organization’s settings.
