How to allow your guest to submit a review manually

NOTE: Our auto-email system allows you to automate the review collection process.

  1. If you need a review to be added manually, you'll first need to have a brand/website in the system, and you'll need reservations added to the system.
  2. Then, to create a review submission link, all you need to do is swap out the [bracketed_highlighted_text] in the link below with the website URL & reservation ID accordingly: https://[www.YOURWEBSITE.com]/reviews/new/[RESERVATION_ID]
  3. Once you've edited the link above you can then access the review submission link. That's it!
