You are able to manage reviews left by your guests by visiting the Reviews page inside of the Reservations section in Direct. To get to the Reviews page, click the button with the stars.

The page is divided into 3 tabs:

  • New
  • Published
  • Rejected

To reject or not publish a new review, select 'reject.' This will move the review from 'New" to 'Rejected' and not publish the review to your website.


To reject or remove an existing review from your website, navigate to the published tab, locate the review, and select 'Reject.' This will remove the review from your site and move the review to the 'Rejected' tab.
